Description

The is the contract for Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works and associated external refurbishment to ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Building Safety Act 2022, and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, as well as improve the Decent Homes standard of the buildings.
