Description
The UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) will be seeking a supplier to assist in the management and oversight of its Forest Governance, Markets and Climate 2 (FGMC2) programme - PMST Supplier. This will include managing and overseeing Accountable Grants (AG) on behalf of FCDO, conducting the programmes' overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), and providing strategic and technical advice to FCDO and programme partners, while ensuring overall coherence with the programme Theory of Change. The PMST Supplier will work closely with the FCDO supporting political and strategic engagement to assist in the delivery of programme objectives; consolidate programme level reporting, provide technical oversight over a broad range of delivery partners working in multiple countries; and manage a portfolio of grants (approximately 20 with a value of about £50 million) across a range of partner countries in Asia, Pacific, Africa and South America. The PMST Supplier will be expected to work closely with FCDO and partners in an iterative and flexible manner.
