Description

The CDM Regulations 2015 apply to all asbestos removal projects, and the client, contractors and designers must comply with these regulations. This project shall be notifiable under the CDM Regulations, as the duration of the works is expected to exceed 30 days and have 20 workers on site, or 500 person days. If the work is expected to exceed 30 days with 20 workers on site, or 500 person days, then AEC as designer shall advise the client of their responsibilities to notify the project to HSE with F10 form.
