Description

CPC will be re-tendering the current Facilities Management Services Framework which is due to expire on the 30/09/2025. Some of the services you will be able to procure via the Framework are: Building cleaning services Mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services Catering services including vending Security services Waste management services Grounds maintenance services Estates management CCTV CAFM (computer aided facilities management) and helpdesk Portable appliance testing (PAT) The lotting structure is to be determined. Current Framework is lotted by Region.
