Description
The City of London Corporation intends to procure professional services to support the continued value protection of its existing wholesale market sites at Smithfield and Billingsgate. The appointed consultants will provide strategic asset management, condition surveys, compliance advice, and risk mitigation planning to ensure the operational safety and residual value of the sites. PLEASE NOTE THIS NOTICE IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION AND NO TENDER DOCUMENTS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
