Description
Digital signalling e.g (ETCS) is an in-cab signalling system that allows trains to run closer together, safely and to travel at their optimal speeds. To implement ETCS, it requires changes to signalling infrastructure as well as the fitment of in-cab technology on locomotives. NR is seeking to procure up to an 8-year single supplier framework to facilitate the design, supply, and fitment of Level 2 European Train control Systems (ETCS) to various Classes of Locomotives.
