Description
The Framework Agreement and Contract is for the provision of employer's agent services. The successful bidders have been appointed onto the Framework Agreement. The aim is deliver employers agent services on new build developments.The employer's agent is responsible for a lot of important functions, including the issuing of contract variations and determining whether the homes have reached the next required stage to authorise payment of a valuation.
