Description
Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract(s) for health and wellbeing services. The contract will be for 2 Lots, providing Occupational Health services.In respect to NCC’s vision of this service: Occupational Health Service - An assessment, advice and treatment service that enables NCC to manage employees appropriately in relation to the effects of health on work and work on health. Norfolk County Council (NCC) is made up of directorates including Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Cultural Services, Education, etc. This is Lot 1. Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) is part of NCC but has additional occupational health requirements. NFRS is Lot 2.Full details of the requirements can be found in the Service Specification for each lot, which forms a Schedule to the Terms and Conditions.
