Description
UK7 - Contract Details Notice - Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) has statutory responsibilities to safeguard, support and promote the wellbeing of adults, children, young people and families, in line with relevant legislation and guidance. This includes ensuring the continuity and resilience of frontline services in situations where urgent staffing support is required. WCBC invited tenders from suitably experienced, qualified and regulated agencies for the provision of emergency staff support to assist both Adult Social Care and Children and Family Services at short notice. This support may be required to respond to unexpected service pressures, unplanned absences, increased demand, or critical incidents. The framework will enable the Council to rapidly access appropriately skilled and competent staff to meet essential service delivery needs. In emergency situations, requests for staff support may be required at less than 24 hours’ notice, including outside of standard working hours.
