Description
Emergency accommodation for homeless households Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of emergency accommodation for those owed a homelessness duty by Swindon Borough Council. Project Description Swindon Borough council are seeking providers who can supply the Authority with accommodation for homeless people. There is an intent to place a 2 year contract which may be extended for a further 2 periods each of a year subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement Lot 1- 14 ( fourteen ) units which are capable of accommodating a single person/couple and that have shared facilities – bathrooms and kitchens. Each unit should have a bed, storage for clothes and personal effects Each unit should have easy access to a bathroom (including bath/shower, washbasin and toilet ).
