Jisc Services Ltd seeks to enter into a contract with Elsevier Scopus to offer Jisc members access to a abstract and citation database containing both peer-reviewed research literature and quality web sources in the fields of science, technology, medicine, social sciences, and arts and humanities. Elsevier Scopus is the sole rightsholder and supplier of this resource.
