Provision of Electrical Testing, Remedial Works, and PAT Testing We, Anchor Hanover Group, are seeking suitably qualified contractors to deliver Electrical Testing, Remedial Works, and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) across our diverse property portfolio. This includes services for residential properties, care properties, and communal areas, supporting our commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining high standards across all sites. Key requirements include: Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory standards. Delivering accurate and comprehensive testing and reporting. Providing effective and timely remedial works to maintain functionality and safety. Offering a reliable and efficient service that minimises disruption to our residents and operations.
