Description
The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council (the “Council”) is seeking to engage with suppliers in the market, to understand capabilities of e-procurement platform technology and functionality. This soft market testing exercise is part of preliminary market engagement to inform a future procurement strategy and ensure alignment with the Council’s digital transformation goals and statutory obligations.
