e-ITT for the provision of Planned and Responsive Maintenance of Lifts. Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 30 August 2024 to be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) Provision of Planned and Responsive Maintenance of Lifts, etc, for New Forest District Council (NFDC) commencing 1 October 2024, 3-year term with 2 optional extension years for up to 12 months subject to performance and business need. Scope Overview: To provide Planned and Responsive Maintenance service for passenger and platform lifts, stairlift, through floor lifts and step lifts to a variety of properties across the New Forest District Council area. Properties include 3 offices blocks, sheltered housing, general needs housing and tenanted properties.
