Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) (the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Group, have awarded a contract to Ove Arup & Partners Limited for consultancy to write green book compliant Digital Transport City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) / Transport for City Regions (TCR) Business Case(s), expanding on a predefined Outline Business Case(s) to Full Business Case(s) (FBC).
