Description
The Learning & Development function at RSH is responsible for enabling colleague capability, compliance and professional development across the organisation. It delivers a structured programme of learning opportunities, including mandatory training for all staff (such as health and safety, data protection and cyber security), alongside wider development covering leadership, inclusion and role-specific skills. The function also supports the identification of skills gaps, provides learning consultancy, and manages learning systems and platforms. As part of a transition to a new Learning Management System (LMS), RSH is moving towards a more centralised and flexible approach to learning delivery, requiring accessible, high quality digital content that can be effectively managed and deployed internally. RSH is seeking to engage the market to inform the potential procurement of a digital learning content library to support the delivery of mandatory and developmental training for all colleagues.
