Description

Project 1: Change Management Toolkit and Network Estimated budget: approximately £1.5m. The objective is to redesign and maintain the national Change Management Toolkit and operate a national Change Management Network. Project 2: Professional Development Service Estimated budget: approximately £2.5m. The objective is to establish a sustainable, accredited professional development offer that builds Digital Adoption capability across health and care. These may be run as one procurement with lots of two separate ones. The commencement of procurement and award of any subsequent contract will be subject to budgetary approval’
