This contract covers the full scope of retrofitting works for energy saving measures. The works are partially funded and in strategic partnership with DESNZ (Department for Sustainability & Net Zero) and West Midlands Combined Authority Devolved Retrofit. This contract was procured by direct award via the CHIC framework for Healthy Homes, lot 2c Whole House Retrofit.
