Description
The London Borough of Enfield (the ‘contracting authority’) is awarding a contract to the London Borough of Haringey to provide a Deaf Outreach Service for children and young people aged from 0 to 25 years who have a hearing impairment. Under the contract, the successful supplier shall provide resources and training to support schools, colleges, and families to meet the needs of these hearing-impaired children and young people, ensuring equal educational opportunities (please refer to the Specifications for further information). The contract shall aim to deliver a responsive, high-quality Deaf Outreach Service that employs people with the qualifications and expertise required to support children and young people, schools, and families. This contract award is being made following the completion of the procurement process that the contracting authority undertook as advertised on 17 April 2026 under Tender notice – Procurement Act 2023 – Notice identifier 2026/S 000-035089.
