Description
Nottingham City Council, on behalf of the Nottingham City Place Based Partnership, is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified organisations to deliver a range of services to improve outcomes for people who experience severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD). SMD is defined as concurrent experiences of three or more of: homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, domestic and sexual violence or abuse, and contact with the criminal justice system. Nottingham City Place Based Partnership is committed to improving the outcomes for people experiencing SMD and aims to procure ‘Changing Futures’ services as part of meeting these needs. Nottingham has secured ongoing funding through the Integrated Care Board’s Health Inequalities Innovation Improvement Fund. The Services will be commissioned in two Lots: Lot 1 is the Main Delivery Service (MDS) Lot 2 is the Partnership Learning Hub (PLH). Providers are invited to tender for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2.
