Description
Anchor’s main corporate telephony service was implemented in 2013, it is a physical Cisco platform owned by Anchor but hosted and fully managed by a 3rd party. This project seeks to retire the Cisco platform, simplify all other connection types and remove any dependencies on PSTN infrastructure by introducing a single “corporate” telephony platform based on Microsoft Teams.
