Description
Rykneld Homes, in collaboration with North East Derbyshire District Council, is committed to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient housing that meets the evolving needs of our tenants while supporting the district's long-term sustainability objectives. This specification invites suitably qualified contractors to participate in the delivery of central heating upgrades across our housing stock, with a particular emphasis on enhancing energy performance to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of Band C or higher.
