Description
Attain Academy Partnership (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust) comprises seven primary schools located across Essex, serving approximately 1,600 pupils across its sites. The successful supplier will be required to provide Cleaning Services for the following academies: • Cressing Primary School • Newlands Spring Primary & Nursery School • Rayne Primary & Nursery School We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor who has experience of working in the education sector. The contractor will be required to • Provide cleaning services across all designated school buildings within the three academies. • Invoice on a monthly basis, with charges equivalent to one-twelfth of the agreed annual contract value. • Guarantee the agreed staffing levels, input hours, and quality standards throughout the contract period. • Operate effective arrangements to provide cover for both planned and unplanned staff absences, ensuring continuity of service at all times. • Demonstrate a proactive approach to contract management, regularly monitoring service performance and implementing corrective actions where necessary. • Ensure that all cleaning specifications, schedules, and frequencies as detailed …
