Description
This commissioned service will provide the opportunity for NCC to engage with residents in new settings on the social determinants of health; increase its understanding of current community capacity, how it can best be utilised and strengthened as part of its anti-poverty work and advance our understanding in any geographical and demography-related gaps in provision.
