Description
whg is seeking to appoint suppliers to provide Communications, Creative and Print Services. The procurement is divided into two Lots, with a separate contract to be awarded for each Lot. Suppliers may tender for one or both Lots and may be awarded one or both Lots. Lot 1 - Strategic Creative and Campaign Services whg requires the appointment of a single supplier to act as a strategic communications and creative campaign delivery agency, providing specialist support to the in-house Communications team. The Agency will be expected to deliver insight-led communications and marketing campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes and demonstrate value for money. In addition to campaign delivery, the Agency will act as a strategic partner, providing industry expertise, audience insight, market intelligence and innovative thinking to support whg's longer-term communications objectives. The Agency will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of the housing, public and charitable sectors and the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders and key audience groups.
