Description

Trent & Dove Housing seeks to engage with experienced and accredited providers capable of delivering professional Communal Area cleaning and Window cleaning services across our housing stock. The contract will focus on three main areas: 1) Communal area cleaning of internal communal areas at Leasehold, Shared Ownership, Over 55’s schemes and General Needs Housing – (65% of total contract value) 2) Corporate office cleaning of Trent & Dove Head office (Trinity Square) – (20% of total contract value) 3) Window cleaning services at 5x Over 55s Schemes, T&D Head office, and the communal blocks on many of our Housing Estates – (15% of total contract value) The required services will include: • Comprehensive cleaning of communal internal areas, including hallways, communal toilets, communal bathrooms, scheme kitchen areas, bin stores, stairwells, lobbies, and shared utility spaces. • Scheduled window cleaning of external glazing, to include all windows or only communal windows dependant on tenure type and accessible internal communal windows, utilizing reach-and-wash systems or traditional methods where appropriate. • Periodic deep cleaning and floor treatments, including carpet cleaning…
