Description
The Collegiate Trust is a family of schools that exists to improve education in Croydon, Crawley and the surrounding areas for children and young people up to the age of 19. The Trust is tendering their cleaning services in 6 schools in two lots of three schools each with a contract start date of 20th December 2025 and is for an initial three-year term ending on 31st December 2028. Lot 1 Riddlesdown Collegiate Secondary, Quest Secondary, Quest Primary (T/O £570,000 per annum) Lot 2 Woodcote Secondary, Courtwood Primary, Kenley Primary (T/O £260,000 per annum) There is a requirement for termly and annual reviews and a break clause to support both parties should the relationship not prosper. There is an option for a further two years of tenure beyond this date by mutual agreement and the extension is based on qualitative and financial performance. The current contract with Purgo in 6 schools has ended prematurely and the start date of the new contract is the 20th of December 2025.
