****PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT DETAILS NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION**** This requirement is for the provision of Oracle Business Critical Assistance. The value of this requirement is £216,139.20 including VAT. This requirement is above threshold and has been sourced via direct award against Schedule 5, 5 (a) due to a particular supplier having intellectual property rights or other exclusive rights, only that supplier can supply the goods, services or works required, and (b) there are no reasonable alternatives to those goods, services or works.
