Description
Damp and Mould - Cause Investigation, Remedial Works, Ventilation/Extraction Installation, Mould Treatment and Monitoring Central Bedfordshire Council, a unitary authority responsible for a range of services including housing, highways, planning, education, and social care, manages approximately 5,500 social housing properties across a 276-square-mile area. The Council is seeking a qualified Contractor to undertake Damp and Mould investigative works across its housing stock. The Contractor will be required to survey properties upon request, identify issues related to Damp and Mould, and provide comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommended remedial actions. These reports will support the Council in planning and executing necessary repair or improvement works. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process.
