Description
A suitable Main Works Contractor to undertake the construction of the Castlecombe Housing project. The proposed development is for the delivery of a 100% affordable housing scheme including delivery of ten new two-storey homes along a new row of terraces comprised of eight 3-bed units and two 2-bed units of which one will be accessible. The development will also consist of new external works comprised of a mixture of a hard and soft landscaping to form front and rear gardens to each unit, alongside provision of a new car park providing 8 bays, and communal amenity space featuring external furniture and play equipment.
