Description
The Child & Adolescent Needs & Strengths (CANS) Assessment Tool Implementation and Training of STAFF , utilising the grant funding received from DfE. CANS is a licensed multi agency assessment tool, and Outcomes for Care are the sole licensed UK provider. Direct Award under Procurement Act 2023, using the justification set out in Schedule 5, Paragraph 5 of the Procurement Act 2023.
