Kent Fire and Rescue has awarded a contract for the provision on a solicitor firm to provide legal services in relation to Human Resources (HR) matters, such as advice on employee relation matters, Employment Tribunals, Health & Safety, Legislation, Changes to Employment Law, Performance, Absence Management, Disciplinary, Grievances, Whistle-blowing and Protect Characteristics.
