Description
A comprehensive review of the cross-sector benefits of bus services and those related savings so that a major part of the argument for continued spending on bus services is not overlooked And recommendations for changes in future Green Book and TAG updates to remedy the risk to bus spending if these savings continue to be less commonly encountered in appraisal too.
