Description
Bassetlaw District Council are seeking suppliers who are able to carry out daily and weekly cleaning services to the 3 below buildings. Each building will be awarded separately under its own lot; suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the services is included in the below summaries. The Bridge Skills Hub: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: The Bridge Skills Hub, Bridge Court, Bridge Place, Worksop, S80 1DT. This will include cleaning of classrooms, offices, meeting room, 2 suites, kitchens, shower areas, communal area and toilets. Retford Enterprise Centre: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: 11 Randall Way, Retford, DN22 7GR This will include cleaning in two buildings, REC 1 and REC 2 over two floors in each building. The let offices are not included in this tender, but all communal areas are. There are 19 toilets, 5 kitchens and two large meeting rooms. Middletons Yard: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: 30 Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2FU. This will include cleaning of two buildings No 83 over two levels and No 87 over three levels and an annexed one-story area called Brewers Yard which includes 7 of…
