Description
Luton Council will be going out to tender for Cleaning of Silicone Render to Low Rise and Medium Rise Buildings & Abseil Cleaning of all High Rise Blocks. The council would like to engage with suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractors to design and deliver proposals for the following services: 1. Rendered Wall Cleaning To provide a detailed proposal and undertake the cleaning and maintenance of rendered walls on blocks of flats, ensuring they are maintained in a good state of repair and appearance. 2. Abseil Cleaning of High-Rise Buildings To provide specialist abseil cleaning services for all Council-owned high-rise residential buildings featuring full metal cladding, ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and compliance. 3. Window Cleaning To carry out the external cleaning of windows on Council-owned residential blocks, including high-rise properties, using appropriate access methods such as abseil, reach-and-wash, or other approved techniques.
