Description

The Industrial Dwelling Society (1885) Ltd (IDS) (The Client) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced property transaction providers to support the Society's proposed strategic stock disposal programme. IDS is assessing a range of disposal options across its portfolio, including potential asset transfers to other Registered Providers, open market disposals and properties earmarked for regeneration.
