Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) for PCN services as practice is not part of a PCN currently. A MOU has been written between the ICB, Camelford Medical Centre (Veor) and Tamar Valley on behalf of Launceston and Tamar Valley PCN to support this arrangement.
