Description
North Wales seek to source the professional services of a qualified architect to work with the project manager for the Deeside Police Station new build. North Wales Police wish to build a Police Station on the existing site at Wepre Drive, Connah’s Quay, Deeside, Flintshire. Capital Project at Deeside consisting of providing a temp Police Station, demolition of existing Police Station and construction of a new Police Station and associated external works. This will be a design and build process for the construction and a separate tender process will take once planning is approved, we will then novate the architect over to the awarded construction contractor.
