Architectural design services to refurbish and reposition a circa 12,000 square foot industrial unit located in West Cumbria. This will consist of delivering project designs for RIBA Workstage 3 to 6, CDM & Building Regulations including Principal Designer for RIBA Workstage 1 to 6.
