Description
Ards and North Down Borough Council seeks to appoint an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to undertake consultancy services through RIBA Stages 0 – 7. The services required under this contract are for the design and management of the delivery of Pickie Fun Park Redevelopment. This project is one of five constituent projects included in the Bangor Waterfront Redevelopment programme, to help re-establish Bangor as a thriving City and prime visitor attraction in Northern Ireland. The Bangor Waterfront Redevelopment project is a tourism led regeneration scheme which has secured funding through the Belfast Region City Deal to turn Bangor into a ‘destination of choice’, as a place to live, work, visit, study and invest, through a series of interconnected developments and experiences along Bangor Waterfront.
