Description
Appointment of a contractor to provide design and construction services for the redevelopment of 56-65 Conduit Street and 11 New Burlington Place, Westminster, London, comprising a combination of new-build and refurbishment works to deliver commercial office and retail/F&B accommodation. The procurement will be conducted using a Competitive Flexible Procedure, consisting of mandatory conditions of participation followed by two stages of competitive tendering.
