Předmětem této zakázky je zhotovení stavby „Zvýšení kapacity trati Týniště n.O. - Častolovice – Solnice, 3. část“, II. etapa – INFRASTRUKTURA (dále jen „Infrastruktura“). Základní předmět Díla pro část „Infrastruktura“ je definován seznamem objektů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze č. 7.1.1 Zvláštních technických podmínek (Díl 2, Část 8 Zadávací dokumentace). Investiční akce je rozdělena celkem na tři samostatné zakázky – Infrastruktura, Energetika a Zabezpečovací a sdělovací zařízení, které tvoří funkční celek. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění Veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
