Die Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst GmbH plant auf dem Grundstücksareal des ehemaligen Klinikums die Realisierung eines Krankenhausneubaus. Geplant ist ein wirtschaftlich optimierter Krankenhausneubau über 6 Geschosse mit rd. 37.000 m² BGF, angrenzendem Wirtschaftshof, kurzen Wegen und sinnhaften Funktionsbeziehungen.
