Předmětem této veřejné zakázky jsou stavební úpravy stávajícího objektu školní budovy ZŠ Sendražice a nová přístavba při ZŠ Sendražice, ulice Hlavní 210 v Kolíně-Sendražicích. Součástí rekonstrukce je také částečná demolice v rozsahu dle projektové dokumentace. Rekonstrukcí objektu dojde ke zvýšení kapacity školy o nové kmenové třídy a vybudování zázemí. Objekt je navržen jako bezbariérový.
