Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego jednorazowego użytku w podziale na 14 pakietów, na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w ilościach wynikających z bieżących potrzeb i w terminach wynikających z zawartej umowy. Zamawiający wymaga aby zaoferowany przedmiot zamówienia był wyrobem medycznym dopuszczonym do obrotu i używania, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 07 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych na pakiety, wówczas wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na wybrany pakiet lub wszystkie pakiety wymienione w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (OPZ).
