1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie części terenowej „Badania zagrożenia populacji polskiej chorobami układu krążenia – WOBASZ” wraz z transportem materiałów do Centralnego Laboratorium Narodowego Instytutu Kardiologii Stefana kardynała Wyszyńskiego - Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego (NIKard) w Warszawie.
