Budapest Főváros III. kerület Óbuda-Békásmegyer Önkormányzat tulajdonában és az Óbudai Vagyonkezelő Nonprofit Zrt. kezelésében, illetve műszaki felügyeletében lévő ingatlanok, intézmények zöldterület karbantartási munkái keretszerződés keretében. A rendelkezésre álló keretössszeg nettó 100 000 00 Ft, melynek 70%-ig vállal Ajánlatkérő lehívási kötelezettséget.
