1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na zimowym mechanicznym utrzymaniu jezdni dróg powiatowych na terenie jednostek administracyjnych powiatu będzińskiego wraz z ustawieniem zasłon przeciwśnieżnych i prowadzeniem całodobowego punktu dyspozytorskiego oraz pozimowe sprzątanie dróg. 2. Zadanie obejmuje 7 części: Część I – Miasto Będzin Część II – Miasto Czeladź Część III – Gmina Bobrowniki Część IV – Gminy Mierzęcice i Psary Część V – Miasto i Gmina Siewierz Część VI – Miasto Wojkowice i część Gminy Bobrowniki Część VII – Miasto Sławków
