Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na odśnieżaniu dróg powiatowych przy użyciu maszyn wymaganych do realizacji przedmiotu niniejszego zamówienia na terenie: gminy Zgorzelec, gminy Pieńsk i gminy Sulików. Wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia ma na celu wyeliminowanie lub ograniczenie zakłóceń ruchu drogowego wywołane takimi czynnikami jak śliskość zimowa i opady śniegu. Wykonawca będzie świadczyć usługę z wykorzystaniem materiałów, pojazdów i sprzętu będącego w dyspozycji Wykonawcy.
