Description

Um den zukünftigen Anforderungen an digitale Services und eGovernment gerecht zu werden und eine nachhaltige, effiziente IT-Organisation zu schaffen, ist eine umfassende Neugestaltung der IT-Organisation bis 2030 erforderlich. Zweck des Auftrags ist es, ein klares Zielbild für die zukünftige IT-Organisation zu entwerfen und die Organisation sukzessive in diese Richtung zu entwickeln. Diese Neugestaltung soll eine koordinierte und integrierte IT-Organisation etablieren, welche die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Kanton, den Gemeinden und externen Partnern verbessert und den digitalen Wandel aktiv vorantreibt.
